Training activities in our Erasmus+ project are activities that teachers involved in this work use in their own lessons to get students involved in the learning process. The activities are shared with the rest of the team and we spread that work on our schools among our colleagues. That way, we make sure the dissemination of the activities have a bigger impact on both teachers and students in all participant countries.

We have done different kinds of training activities: 

• Activities related to our project. These activities are aimed at teachers directly involved in the project and we learn different tools that will be necessary to carry out the project. The training entails both methodologies, like Theatre of the Oppressed or peer mediation implementation, and tools for project dissemination, like web design ore video edition and production.

• Activities aimed at the teaching and learning process. Here we have included those activities that our teachers use in their day to day lessons and, which are shared with the rest of the team. We have been trained about Project Based learning, flipped classroom, the silent way of teaching or math games. All of them are innovative methodology to be applied in our schools.
